Step 1
Combine the ingredients in a mason jar, zip close bag, or other container of your choice, seal it tightly and shake well to thoroughly combine.
Step 2
Combine 1-2 teaspoons per pound of ground beef/venison/turkey. Mix well.
Step 3
Form patties, then sprinkle additional seasoning on each side of the burger prior to grilling.
