Name: Gyoza Dipping Sauce

Ingredients: 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (I prefer using salt reduced soy sauce); 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar; 1 tsp sesame oil; 1 garlic clove; ½ tsp grated/minced ginger (I love ginger so I double this); 1 tsp sriracha sauce / chilli (more or less depending how spicy you like it); 1 spring onion; 1 tsp sesame seeds

This Gyoza Dipping Sauce will take your gyoza’s to the next level! It takes only 5 minutes to make and is vegan too

Gyoza Dipping Sauce

soy sauce

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tsp sesame oil

garlic

spring onion

sesame seeds

In a small bowl or ramekin add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Whisk them together

Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the sauceGarnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds and allow to marinade for 5 minutes

Pan fry in a skillet or steam your gyoza and dip into this yummy Gyoza Dipping Sauce!

Love it! I don't have Sriracha so instead, used a bit of Red Curry Paste. Also omitted the sesame seeds and spring onion because it was already perfect for me ❤️

Very delicious dipping sauce!!!

I served this alongside the rice paper dumplings and it was great. I added a teaspoon of maple syrup (because I always like a bit of sweet in my dipping sauces) and omitted the sesame seeds.
