Delicious and easy! Made a few varieties. The biggest hits at our house had a fresh spinach leaf with Swiss cheese added as well as one with green onions and cheddar. So good!

I used silicone cups inserted into my muffin tins

It was delicious, however it doesn't specify what a serving is. The meal was delicious though and I will continue to make this.

These have become a favorite breakfast option. I add finely chopped onion on top of the cheese.

I love them. I was out of cooking spray though and lined each cup with parchment paper and they lift it out so easily
