Step 1
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Break up the beef as it cooks and continue to cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Step 2
Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Make an open place in the middle of the pan by moving the ground beef away from the center.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the center of the pan and then stir in the flour to create a roux. Stir all the ingredients together with the beef mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the milk, beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Step 7
Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice or biscuits. Enjoy!
