Step 1
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Trim and cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a baking dish. Add oil and salt and pepper. Stir and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size.

2 Meanwhile, make the patties. Shred the onion coarsely or chop finely. Place in a bowl and add the ground meat and spices. Mix well and form one large patty (or two smaller 'sliders') per serving.
Step 3
3 Fry the patties in butter for 5-10 minutes on each side. Turn a couple of times, until thoroughly cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside for later.
Step 4
4 Slice the onion for the gravy finely and carefully sauté in butter, in the same pan as the patties, until golden. Pour in the cream and let simmer for a few minutes, until it thickens slightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
5 Add the patties back in the pan with the gravy. Serve the patties warm with roasted Brussels sprouts.
