Healthy Double Chocolate Mug Cake

Gather all ingredients.

Mix all the dry ingredients together (Kodiak Cakes mix, baking powder, and cocoa powder).

Add the wet ingredients (syrup, vanilla, and water) and combine.

Mix 1/2 of the chocolate chips into the batter and place 1/2 on top of the batter.

Place the mug into the microwave.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.
