Step 1

Heat a 10-12 inch oven-safe round skillet over medium heat on the stove. Add olive oil.

Step 2

Add yellow onion slices to pan and stir every minute or two while onions cook.

Step 3

Cook until they have softened and are golden brown. Add a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 400°F while you cook the onions.

Step 5

In a large mixing bowl crack all eggs and mix well with a whisk.

Step 6

Add salt, pepper, and heavy cream and whisk again.

Step 7

Stir in green onion, caramalized onions, and goat cheese.

Step 8

Pour mixture into pan.

Step 9

Place tomato halves all over the egg mixture.

Step 10

Cook on medium low on stove for 3 minutes.

Step 11

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until all of the eggs have cooked and frittata is fully set.
