Step 1

Heat the oven to 350 F.

Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.

Mix the milk into the breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 4

Combine the ground beef, beaten egg, onion, 1/4 cup of Heinz 57 sauce, and salt in a large bowl.

Step 5

Add the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 6

Mix with your hands until ingredients are well mixed but don't "pack" them together.

Step 7

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.

Step 8

Brush the top with some of the remaining Heinz 57 Sauce

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until an insta-read thermometer inserted in the center reads 160F.

Step 10

Carefully pour off any excess grease.

Step 11

Top with the remaining Heinz 57 Sauce.

Step 12

Return the Meatloaf to the oven for about 10 more minutes.

Step 13

Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
