Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash celery leaves and dry with a towel.

Step 3

Spread celery leaves on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 4

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until completely dehydrated and crumbly but not burned.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and cool celery leaves.

Step 6

Place celery leaves into a dry blender or spice mill and process.

Step 7

Add salt and stir.

Step 8

Store in a glass jar with a fitted lid in a dark, dry place.
