Step 1
Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, add the chocolate chips, protein powder, peanut butter, syrup and coconut oil. Mix together and microwave at 30-second intervals.
Step 3
Stir between each interval till the ingredients are all melted together. Be careful not to overcook.
Step 4
In a large bowl, add the crispy rice cereal. Then, pour the chocolate mixture in and mix until all the cereal is coated with the chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread it out evenly in the dish.
Step 6
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Remove and cut into bars.
