Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease a large rimmed baking sheet or line with foil or parchment; set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the onion is tender and the meat is no longer pink. Drain off the fat; return beef and onion to the skillet. Step 3
