Step 1

Preheat waffle griddle.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. This can also be stored and made ahead for later.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Step 4

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until combined.

Step 5

Spray waffle iron with baking spray before the FIRST batch only. Ladle into preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. For the "DASH" brand, this will be about 3- 3 1/2 minutes each.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy.
