Step 1

In a sauce pan combine sugar, honey and cream.

Step 2

Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour the heated mixture over your softenend butter, mix together until smooth. You can also add all these to a blender and blend till smooth.

Step 4

Pour into a container and cool in refrigerator.

Step 5

Store in refrigerator.
