Use it as a dipping sauce - think crunchy chicken tenders, fish fingers, popcorn chicken, wedges, fries and even roasted broccoli, steamed beans or veggie sticks. Or spoon it over a chicken, fish or pork pan fried with just a little salt and pepper.Substitute the mayonnaise with yogurt for a lower fat version. For a brighter yellow colour, use 50/50 dijon and American yellow mustard.
