Ingredients: 2 tbsp stone-ground mustard; 2 tbsp honey; 1/3 cup rice vinegar; 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 small shallot, minced (2 tbsp); 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper

A little sweet and a little spicy, this easy, healthy honey-mustard dressing will have you swearing off the store-bought stuff for good.

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing Recipe

tbsp mustard

tbsp honey

rice vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

small shallot, minced (2 tbsp)

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until the oil and vinegar emulsify.**If you own an immersion blender, you can pulse the dressing a few times to make it creamier

Don't pulse to much or you will loose the integrity of the mustard seeds
