Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a bubble. In a separate bowl, add corn starch & mix with 3/4 c of sauce mixture until corn starch is dissolved. Add to Saucepan and stir; bring to a bubble, then remove from heat

Step 2

1 lb of Fresh NC Shrimp toss in House of Autry Seafood Breading seasoned with Slap Ya Mama Original Blend - season to your liking. Fry to desired crispiness. Toss in Hot Honey Garlic Sauce

Step 3

Layer tortilla Shrimp, Blue Cheese Crumble, Green Onions, & Blue Cheese Dressing

Step 4

Sauté small yellow onion. While sautéing, fry Andouille Sausage in a cast-iron skillet. When the onions are soft, add 2-3 cloves of Garlic; cook until fragrant.

Step 5

Add butter and melt; then add All-Purpose Flour; cook for about a minute

Step 6

Add 1 cup of Dry White Wine, cook for about 1 minute; and add juice of a freshly squeezed lemon. Bring to a bubble. Add cooked the Andouille Sausage to the sauce. Add 2 tbsp of Slap Ya Mama stir and simmer.

Step 7

Toss fresh Shrimp in Olive Oil and Slap Ya Mama. Smoke at 375° until done.

Step 8

Melt butter, add Slap Ya Mama, and stir

Step 9

Smoke Lobster tails on grill baste with Slap Ya Mama Butter Mixture and cook until done.

Step 10

Cook grits with milk according to the package instructions. As they start to thicken add a splash of heavy cream. When done, add Sharp Cheddar Cheese, of Grated Parm, and mix well.

Step 11

Add Grits to bowl, cover in sauce. Then add Shrimp & Lobster. Garnish with Bacon and Scallions. Enjoy!

Step 12

In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, melt ½ cup butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook until translucent, about 7 minutes. Stir in celery, bell peppers, garlic, parsley, and ¾ cup green onion; cook until vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.

Step 13

Sprinkle flour over top, and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium-low and slowly stir in half-and-half. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.

Step 14

Slowly stir in American cheese, about ¼ cup at a time, letting each addition melt before adding the next; stir in Monterey Jack cheese in the same manner until incorporated. Stir in Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning.

Step 15

In a large skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and sauté until pink and firm, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 16

Combine shrimp, cooked fettuccine, and sauce. Top with parmesan, parsley, and remaining ¼ cup green onion, if desired. Serve immediately.

Step 17

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add ketchup, onion, and bell pepper. Stir in shrimp and Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with bagel chips.

Step 18

In a large bowl mix, 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/2 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1 cup of buttermilk, 1/8 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup onion chopped, 1 lb of cooked shrimp, cleaned and tails removed, chopped in large bowl

Step 19

Drop the batter by rounded tablespoons into the hot oil, careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Step 20

Fry in batches for 2 to 3 minutes each. Remove from oil to paper towels to drain.

Step 21

Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and serve with Shut Ya Up Sauce.

Step 22

In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons creole mustard, 2 tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Cajun Pepper Sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 ½ teaspoon chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon ground pepper.

Step 23

Mix well. Cover and chill before serving with hushpuppies

Step 24

In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add tasso, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning; sautéuntil onion is translucent.

Step 25

Stir in cream cheese, and cook until softened.

Step 26

Add corn, tomatoes, soups, milk, and remaining1⁄2 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning; cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 27

Add 3⁄4 cup water; increase heat, and bring to a light boil.

Step 28

Add shrimp, and return to a light boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 29

With 5 minutes remaining, stir in parsley. Garnish with green onion, if desired.
