Begin by sifting you rmatcha powder through a sieve. Add your warm water and whisk until smooth, and no clumps remain (also see: ultimate matcha guide).
Step 2
Next, pour matcha into your nitro canister along with milk. Be sure the mixture is not hot. Hot liquids should not be added to your nitro canister.
Step 3
Charge your canister with 2 nitrogen cartridges (Nand shake for 10-15 seconds.
