Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the cloves are tender.

Gather the edges of the parchment paper around the head of garlic and tie it up with some baker's twine, tying it into a bow.

Place in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the cloves are tender.
