For one batch of our oatmeal pancake mix, add about two tablespoons of oil.

This worked perfectly! I added 1 tbsp. oil to my 1 cup pancake mix and it came out perfect in my waffle maker! Thank you!

YESSS!! I'm so glad you posted about this. I usually just have to spray the iron more but adding oil to the mix will be even easier.

Really, really good!  Rivals restaurant Belgian waffles.  I added milk instead of water and added an egg for every 2 cups milk.  Very light.  Add cinnamon sugar mix and about 1 tsp. Vanilla... Awesome!  Thank you!
