Step 1
Place the tea bags in a 4 L heatproof glass bowl.
Step 2
Boil the water and pour it over the tea bags.
Step 3
Add the sugar.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice to the tea.
Step 5
Let the tea steep for an hour or so.
Step 6
Add the sparkling water.
Step 7
Bottle and place in refrigerator to cool.
Step 8
Serve over crushed ice or ice cubes.
