Fill glass with ice and 3/4 cup cold water.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker, pour in remaining 1/4 cup water and then matcha. Close lid and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
Step 3
Pour matcha into the ice water glass and stir well before drinking.
