Step 1
On a saucepan over medium to high heat, heat the cocoa powder, water and granulated sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes before mixing into your latte.
Step 2
Mix the coffee, milk, cream and chocolate simple syrup together. Add in a handful of ice and drink immediately.
