This delicious, chocolate iced mocha latte is an easy copycat version of the Starbucks' favorite. Save time and money and make this drink at home every morning.

Iced Mocha Latte

Chocolate Simple Syrup:¼ cup cocoa powder

water

sugar

Iced Mocha Latte:½ cup coffee, chilled

milk

heavy cream

tbsp chocolate simple syrup

Make the chocolate simple syrup

On a saucepan over medium to high heat, heat the cocoa powder, water and granulated sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes before mixing into your latte. 

Make the iced mocha latte

Mix the coffee, milk, cream and chocolate simple syrup together. Add in a handful of ice and drink immediately.
