Instant Pot Apple Pie Moonshine

Step 1

Combine the apple cider and apple juice, by pouring it into your pot.

Step 2

Add in the white sugar, brown sugar & pumpkin pie spice.

Step 3

Add in 4 Cinnamon Sticks

Step 4

Turn on Saute feature to start warming the mixture.

Step 5

Once sugars are all dissolved, cover the pot and turn to sealing.

Step 6

Set your pot to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Do a natural release

Step 7

Let mixture cool completely (DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANY STEPS UNTIL MIXTURE IS ROOM TEMPERATURE TO COOL)

Step 8

Add in Everclear

Step 9

Add in Vodka

Step 10

Remove cinnamon sticks that were used for cooking.

Step 11

Fill a mason jar (also not a hot one, if you have sterilized it allow it to cool completely) with moonshine and drop one cinnamon stick in.

Close the lid tightly

Put pretty ribbon on and give the gift of love this year
