This No-Boil Apple Pie Moonshine is so easy! You&#39;ll love this moonshine with Everclear. Just stir five ingredients and let it sit overnight!

No-Boil Apple Pie Moonshine (Easy!)

750 millileters Everclear ((151 proof grain alcohol))

apple

cinnamon

spiced rum ((Captain Morgan))

brown sugar

Place all the ingredients in a clean pitcher or bucket.  Stir to combine. Let it sit overnight, covered, at room temperature.

The next day, transfer the moonshine to mason jars or bottles. Store them, closed tightly, in the refrigerator. The higher proof versions will stay good for a few years. The versions less than 64 proof should be consumed in 2-3 months.

If you want to drink this warm, do not heat the moonshine.  It will burn off some of the alcohol, plus it could potentially be dangerous. Instead, heat some plain apple cider, then stir in an equal amount of apple pie moonshine off the heat.

In a large stock pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie spice. Bring to almost a boil. Cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat. Simmer for one hour. Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool.

Once cool, remove the cinnamon sticks. Stir in the grain alcohol and vodka. Transfer the apple pie moonshine into sterilized quart jars or bottles and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

The Apple Pie Moonshine can be enjoyed immediately. However, for the best flavor, store in the jar with a lid in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks before drinking. Shake well before serving.
