Step 1

Place pot on saute

Step 2

Add olive oil and onion,

Step 3

Add Steak and keep on saute until outside is just brown about 1-2 minutes

Step 4

Add Wine, broth and mushrooms.

Step 5

Place your collapsible steamer on top of mixture and add potatoes

Step 6

Place on manual high pressure for 15 minutes

Step 7

Do a quick release

Step 8

Remove potatoes and mash with butter and milk till creamy and smooth

Step 9

Place pot back on saute

Step 10

Mix in a separate dish 2 tbsp cornstarch and broth

Step 11

Add slurry to the pot along with gravy master
