What do you like to put in your pancakes?

I altered the recipe based on the comments, I used the multigrain setting, I used low pressure but I added some vanilla and cinnamon because of those complaining of taste. It was still a no go. After nearly an hour of not coming to pressure I pulled it out and had a doughy top and burnt on bottom. This recipe might work for some people, but it wasn't a winner for me.

So I got the burn warning three times, ended up cooking it with no pressure at 225°  Because it had already somewhat cooked. My husband loved the crispy burnt bottom!   I will try it again.

Followed the instructions to a tee. Poured batter into the instant pot and set the time. The instant pot didn't even come up to pressure before I got a burn warning. Now, I'm scrapping half cooked pancake batter out of my instant pot and scrubbing burnt mixture off the bottom. If I could give this a zero, I would.

It did not come to pressure and was undercooked on the top. I added 10 min at high pressure, it was done on the bottom but not on the top. The recipe itself could use some butter for flavor.

Was pretty disappointed... I was excited by the idea of a giant pancake and with the ease of my Instant Pot, but this was completely burned on the bottom and not done at all on top. I ended up having to scrape the remnants out and made a bread pudding out of them, but it felt like a waste of materials and time. (I also followed all the recommendations in the reviews section as well)

Instant burn notice. I want my time and ingredients back.

Also burned, never got it to work on a 3qt Ultra Mini.

I have a 6qt lux and it never came to pressure.  It cooked the pancake and it tasted fine. It was browned on the bottom and cake like on the top. My 13 year old son loved it.
