Step 1

Start by taking your warm water or milk (needs to be 105 degrees) and pour it into a bowl

Step 2

Add in your sugar and yeast

Step 3

Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes

Step 4

Now you will slowly add in your flour and salt

Step 5

You want to work your flour in slowly until it forms a ball that isn't sticky to touch

Step 6

When you reach that texture, don't add any more flour

Take your dough and knead it on a floured surface for about 2 minutes, or until the ball comes together nicely

Place your bread in the Instant Pot, and cover with a glass lid

Step 9

Turn your yogurt setting on low, and do a 30-minute cook

Step 10

After the bread has doubled in size, remove bread dough from Instant Pot and layout on a floured surface

Step 11

Work the dough a bit more, and form into a ball

Step 12

Place in your parchment-lined or greased pan

Step 13

Cover and let rise on the counter for 20 minutes

Step 14

Now take a cup of water and pour it into your Instant Pot, inner pot

Step 15

Then add your trivet or a silicone sling and place your aluminum foil covered pan in the pressure cooker

Step 16

Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing

Step 17

Pressure cook - Pressure cook, High, 45 min

Step 18

Natural release - 10 min

Step 19

Release off any leftover pressure

Step 20

Now uncover your bread

Step 21

Then place in oven or use air fryer lid, to broil the top of the bread

Step 22

Remove from oven and allow to cool a bit, then slice and serve
