These Instant Pot ramen noodles are my new obsession! They are SO EASY to make, healthier than the packaged version, and make an excellent afternoon or late night snack! Add some cooked chicken, steak, or pork to make it a full meal.

Instant Pot Ramen Noodles-- My New Obsession! 

ramen "cake"

chicken stock

soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

onion

granulated garlic

tsp ground ginger

mushroom

green onion

Pour the stock in the Instant Pot. Place in the ramen cake. Add the remaining ingredients on top of the ramen. Place the lid on your Instant Pot, turn the valve to sealing, and set the cook time to 1 minute on high pressure.

When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure. Carefully remove the lid, the toss the ramen noodles with a fork to loosen them and mix them together with the broth.

Pour the ramen soup into a bowl and enjoy. (Optional: top with chopped green onion).

So  much better made like this!  I didn't have any sesame oil or ginger. It still tasted good.

This is delicious! This has become the "go to" recipe for my husband and myself when I don't want to actually cook! It doubles easily! We love it with mushrooms, and then some chopped up green onions and chili garlic sauce on top!

Just made this for my kids and I.  Oh boy... it was so good. My kids love Ramon but I don’t like the packet they use in Ramon.   So decided to try Lisa’s recipe.
All 3 kids  said they loved it and want me to make this Ramon more often. #lunchwin

If cant find the noodles like you get, im sure could just buy the packs of ramen and use the noodles with your broth and seasonings, right?

I've been meaning to try this recipe for a long time - SOOOOO glad I finally tried it.  SOOOOO GOOD.  I used the rectangle ramen that we had and it was excellent   Thank you for sharing. Love that it's all pantry ingredients so whenever the craving strikes we can have really good noodles!

I just made this with the good ol' instant ramen package and the noodles came out perfect! The flavor I chose isn't the greatest, but I'm pleasantly surprised my IP could bang this out so quickly.

This is a go to for us. It is our most favorite simple lunch. So easy to make and so filling.
