Step 1
On a large saute pan , over medium heat, begin to brown ground beef.
Step 2
Place the frozen peas in a bowl to thaw, set to the side.
Step 3
When beef is only slightly pink, add diced onion and stir to combine,

Drain the excess juice off the meat and place it back in the saute pan.
Step 5
Cook the mixture until the onions are translucent.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to low, and add in the seasonings, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
Step 7
Add your pasta and toss to combine.
Step 8
Add the peas and lightly toss.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes on low to medium heat.
Step 10
Make sure to stir frequently.
