Island Green Smoothie

spinach

coconut water, unsweetened

orange, peeled

pineapple

mango

banana

BLEND

spinach, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.

Loved this one. I had no mango so added extra pineapple which made it a touch too sweet but still great.

One of my favorites. So tropical and the gorgeous green color was amazing. Through this challenge I've come to realize that his 30 day challenge has started a real lifestyle change and will continue long after the 30 days are over.!  It is so easy and delicious!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I live in Vermont so it's an extra special treat as there is no pool or beach in sight. While the temps are in the single digits outside, this smoothie makes me feel just plain happy.

I really thin that fresh pineapple would be best, but I can't find one the far north. Wonder if canned pineapple would be better than frozen?

You can definitely use canned pineapple, just make sure there isn't any added sugar or preservatives in it and you are good!

This one had it all! A great consistency, color and taste. It was so tropical and refreshing , even on a below zero day :)

Delicious even though I subbed the coconut water for filtered water.  I love the smooth texture that frozen mango gives.
