Refreshing and healthy, this tropical smoothie recipe is perfect for hot summer days, after a work out, or any time you desire a taste of the tropics.

Tropical Smoothie Recipe

frozen fruit (mango, peach, pineapple, strawberry)

banana (fresh

milk

orange juice

honey

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend...

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice to make texture thicker, or more milk or water to make thinner.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

BLEND

spinach, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.

I really thin that fresh pineapple would be best, but I can't find one the far north. Wonder if canned pineapple would be better than frozen?

You can definitely use canned pineapple, just make sure there isn't any added sugar or preservatives in it and you are good!
