Step 1
To prepare the tiramisu, start making the coffee, which must be prepared with a Moka Express.

Pour into a shallow bowl, sweeten it to your liking and let cool .

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, whip the egg yolks with half of the sugar until mixture is light and creamy.
Step 5
In another bowl, work the mascarpone with a spoon or spatula until creamy and add the mixture of egg yolks and sugar.
Step 6
Mix well so that the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Step 7
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks appear.
Step 8
Add it to the mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone and incorporate it gently with a spatula working it from bottom to top until well combined.
Step 9
Soak the ladyfingers in coffee, but without letting them in, otherwise they will be too wet.
Step 10
Arrange the ladyfingers in a square or rectangular pan to form an even layer, breaking them in half if necessary in order to fit the bottom.
Step 11
Spread evenly 1/2 of the mascarpone cream on the ladyfingers.

Dust with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings (optional).

Arrange a second layer of soaked ladyfingers and spread the remaining mascarpone cream.
Step 14
Sprinkle evenly with cocoa powder.
Step 15
Cover tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 16
At the moment of serving you can sprinkle the TiramisĂą with chocolate shavings.
