Step 1
In a large bowl add the salad dressing ingredients. Pour the mayonnaise, garlic paste, seasoning blend, parmesan, pepperoncini and red wine vinegar.

Stir until combined.

Next, pour in the shredded iceberg lettuce and using tongs, toss until the salad is thoroughly coated. Set aside until later use.

While the grinder salad marinates, prep the hoagie by preheating your toaster oven, oven or air fryer to 425 degrees.
