Drain the jackfruit then place it on a cheese cloth. Squeeze the water out of it. Keep on squeezing until you get it as dry as you can.

Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 15 minutes, uncovered, mixing often.

Divide the jackfruit pulled pork into 4 different hot dog buns. Place a slice of vegan cheese on each and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 9
Place 4 crunchy radish slices on each hot dog bun and decorate with green herbs if you wish. Serve immediately and enjoy with crispy fries.
