Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan & saute onion, garlic and mushrooms until fragrant

Step 2

Add light cream, Mingle’s Japanese curry sachet then let simmer. (If sauce is too thick, add a splash of stock/water)

Step 3

Once simmering, add in udon noodles & mix until they are coated in sauce

Step 4

Serve with parmesan and/or chilli oil & enjoy
