Step 1

Select either 2 packs of the same color dry gelatin mix, or select 2 different colors:If using 1 color: In a large mixing bowl, combine boiling water and 2 packs of dry gelatin mix. Stir for at least 3 minutes until the jello mix is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2

If using 2 colors: In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 ¼ cups boiling water and one pack of dry gelatin mix. Stir for at least 3 minutes until the jello mix is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Repeat again in a different mixing bowl with remaining boiling water and remaining pack of dry gelatin mix. Pour into another 8-inch square pan.

Step 3

Refrigerate the pan(s) for 3-4 hours, or until firm.

Step 4

Dip bottom of the pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen it up.

Step 5

Use 2-inch cookie cutters to cut the jello into decorative shapes. Carefully lift the jello shapes out of the pan.

Step 6

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
