Meanwhile, heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring, for 4-5 mins or until crisp. Whisk the cream, mustard and honey in a medium bowl. Season.
Step 3
Transfer the pasta to a 12-cup (3L) ovenproof dish. Add the bacon and spring onion and stir to combine. Add the cream mixture and stir to combine. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
Step 4
