Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, add the flour, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of the black pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 4

In a second shallow bowl, add the eggs and the milk and whisk to combine.

Step 5

In a third shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the remaining salt, and the remaining black pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 6

Fully dip the steaks into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture; place the coated steaks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 7

Evenly spray both sides of the coated steaks with the nonstick cooking spray.

Step 8

Bake the coated steaks until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the breading is crispy, about 30 minutes.

Step 9

Serve the steaks topped with the gravy.
