Step 1
Melt the butter and add to a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Drain the juice off of the whole kernel corn.
Step 3
Add the can of creamed corn and whole kernel corn. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Add both boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix and mix well.
Step 5
Add the sugar and mix well. (optional)
Step 6
Add the sour cream and mix well.
Step 7
Pour into a greased 9" x 9" casserole dish.
Step 8
Bake for 50-55 minutes until top is golden brown and knife comes out mostly clean in the center.
