Preheat oven to 325 degrease

To a skillet over medium heat add the ground beef and onion cook the beef thorough, once cooked remove any access grease then add in the taco seasoning, and water simmer for 3 minutes then add in the rotel, corn,

Now add the "bisquick mixture" into a bowl and stir until combined, you might need to add a little more water or bisquick until well combined.

Add the "creamy mixture" in a small bowl and whisk well.

Step 5

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray then add the bisquick mixture in and spread it out evenly. Pour the ground beef mixture on top, spread the creamy mixture over the ground beef mixture then sprinkle with the cheeses. Bake for 40 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before enjoying. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
