Step 1
Thinly slice or julienne the cucumber and carrots. Cube or slice the avocado. Set the vegetables aside in a large mixing bowl.

Using your hands or a fork, shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the bowl with the vegetables.
