On low heat, melt the butter. You can brown the butter if you'd like, but that's optional (I like it though!).

Once the butter is melted, turn the heat to medium-low and add ChocZero syrup & Lakanto and whisk frequently.

Keep whisking past the boiling point. Once it starts frothing, turn off the heat and keep whisking for 20 seconds.

Pour into silicone mold.

Let it cool to room temperature before wrapping.

Get it past the boiling point and when it starts frothing, whisk for 10-15 seconds. Do not let it create giant bubbles. After, remove from heat and whisk for another 20 seconds.

Pour into silicone mold. Work fast!

Let it cool to room temperature before wrapping.

Get past the boiling and froth stage. Keep Whisking. After 10-15 seconds, it'll start creating large bubbles. Remove from heat.

Pour into silicone mold. You'll need to work quickly. You have **seconds** to pour it into the molds before it hardens.
