Step 1

Finely shred the cabbage using a food processor (a mandolin or sharp knife can also be used).

Step 2

Add the eggs, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and whisk together.

Step 3

Add the cabbage and mix well.

Step 4

Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.

Step 5

Divide the cabbage mixture into 6 piles, press gently to flatten.

Step 6

Saute for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crunchy.

Step 7

Serve hot!
