Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).

In a large bowl use a hand-mixer and beat the cream cheese, egg, and butter until smooth.

Then, process the almond flour, grated cheddar, baking powder, and garlic powder in a food processor until combined. Once combined, add it to the egg mixture, and mix with a spatula until thoroughly combined, and a dough takes shape.

Now, form 8 biscuits out of the dough, and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake for around 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Then, let the biscuits cool down to room temperature.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.
Step 8
Brush the baked biscuits with garlic butter and serve warm.
