Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick silicone baking mat.

Add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl, whisk together and set aside.

In a medium saucepan add water, stevia, cinnamon, and coconut oil and bring to boil. Turn off heat and allow mixture to rest for 3 minutes.

Step 7
Pipe the dough directly onto the prepared baking sheet, in 6 inch strips.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown, then broil on low for 3 minutes.
