Step 1

Dressing: To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir to combine and set aside.

Step 2

Place a griddle pan over high heat and add the olive oil. Add the tuna steak and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, allow to cool then dice.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add the diced tuna. Add 4 tablespoons of the dressing and lightly toss to combine.
