Step 1
PREHEAT air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Mix 1/4 cup (60ml) of the RedHot Sauce and 2 tablespoons (30ml) of the melted butter in large bowl. Add cauliflower florets; toss until well-coated and sauce is absorbed. Gradually sprinkle almond flour over cauliflower in bowl, tossing to coat.
Step 2
PLACE cauliflower in fryer basket. Air fry 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy on the outside, gently shaking basket or tossing cauliflower halfway through cooking.
Step 3
MIX remaining 3 tablespoons (45ml) RedHot Sauce and 2 tablespoons (30ml) butter in small bowl. Transfer cauliflower bites to serving platter. Drizzle immediately with RedHot butter mixture. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.
