Step 1
In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla.
Step 3
Towards one end of the tortillas, place two slices of mozzarella cheese on each.
Step 4
Top the mozzarella with lettuce leaves, and then slices of pepperoni and salami.
Step 5
Careful and tightly roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
Step 6
Tightly wrap the tortilla in tin foil or plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Step 7
Use a sharp knife to slice the tortilla into pinwheels before serving.
