Step 1

Add everything except the glucomannan powder and lqiuid stevia and blend on high for a minuter or so.

Step 2

Set the blender to the lowest speed and slowly pour the glucommanan into the blender. This is to keep it from clumping.

Step 3

Blend on high again for a few seconds then taste it. If you with it to be sweeter, add the liquid stevia or a little of sweetener of choice.

Step 4

Pour into 4 containers and refrigerate for a 2 hours or until firm.
